Yasuhiko Ogushi
He began his career as an engineer at Ebara Corporation, where he was engaged in technology development related to environmental plants and energy systems, including fuel cell power generation systems.
He later joined BC Hydro in Canada, where he was responsible for smart grid–related business planning, gaining experience in new business development within a utility and large-scale infrastructure projects.
He subsequently served as Director of Business Development for energy storage systems at the Japan subsidiary of Renewable Energy Systems (RES), a UK-based renewable developer and storage integrator. In addition, he led Japan market development for a U.S.-based startup, acting as a bridge between overseas technologies and the Japanese market.

Yuto Takagi
He has led technology and business development across the fields of EV batteries, fuel cells, and energy storage.
He currently serves as Senior Director of Technology & Strategic Partnerships at 24M Technologies (U.S.), where he oversees the development of next-generation EV battery modules and advances strategic partnerships with global OEMs.
Previously, at Form Energy (U.S.), he led core R&D on iron-air battery technology, heading anode development. At the U.S. subsidiary of Saint-Gobain (France), he drove research and business development initiatives in all-solid-state battery materials and solid oxide fuel cells.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Sony and Ebara Ballard, contributing to the development of next-generation energy devices and residential fuel cell systems.
He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.
